Dieser Jaguar E-Type Roadster der Serie 2, mit manuellem 4-Gang-Getriebe, verfügt über eine lückenlose Historie. Das Jaguar Heritage Certificate liegt vor, ebenso das originale Scheckheft, die Betriebsanleitung, Wagenheber, 2 .Schlüssel und Werkzeuge. Motor-Getriebe-Karosserie- und Fahrgestell-Nr. stimmen überein.Die Restaurierung erfolgte in den 90er Jahren. Umfangreiche Teilerechnungen sowie eine aussagefähige Foto-Dokumentation liegen vor. Im Zuge der Restaurierung wurden auch der Motor und das gesamte Fahrwerk, das Interieur und das Verdeck überarbeitet bzw. erneuert. Die serienmäßigen 2 Strombergvergaser wurden dabei durch 3 SU Vergaser, wie beim Serie 1, ersetzt.Die Qualität der Restaurierung wird mit aktuellem Gutachten mit der Note “ 2 “ bestätigt.Es gibt keinerlei Servicebedarf. Auch die Reifen sind neuwertig. Das H – Kennzeichen ist selbstverständlich, die HU ist neu erfolgt.
