General description : The Jaguar XJ-S is still a striking model and stayed no less than 21 years in production. This series two convertible offers an opportunity to purchase a nearly new Series 2 Jaguar XJ-S. This blue example has only clocked up 25,000 miles and is in pristine condition. The blue paintwork is perfect. The bodywork is rust-free with perfect and correctly aligned body panels. The grey leather interior trim is truly as good as new. This big British convertible has clearly not have sleep outside for the last 31 years! Even at closer inspection everything appears new. The fine exterior is complimented by the very good maintained mechanical aspect. The V12 is the jewel in the crown for this XJ-S. How this 5.3 litre V12 runs! When running stationary one often wonders if it is running at all! Not only does the V12 run as smooth as silk, it also produces a pleasing roar! This is how motoring was ordained to be! The automatic 4-speed is a perfect fit for the torque rich V12 engine. The V12 produces 265 Hp and takes you relaxed and stylishly to your chosen destination. The car is fully loaded, including the car wallet containing all the relevant books. Now is your chance to get a nearly new Jaguar XJ-S Series 2 V12 especially if you are still upset for being either to late in 1989 to buy or you could not afford one then. About Jaguar XJS
The Jaguar XJS is a grand tourer produced by Jaguar from 1975 to 1996. It was designed as a replacement for the popular Jaguar E-Type, but instead of a sleek sports car, the XJS was a more luxurious and refined grand tourer.

Initially, the XJS was powered by a 5.3-liter V12 engine that produced up to 295 horsepower, giving it impressive performance for a car of its size and weight. Later versions of the XJS also offered a six-cylinder engine option, as well as a supercharged V6 engine.

The XJS featured a distinctive design that was updated over the years, with notable changes including the addition of a convertible model and the introduction of a four-seat option. It also offered a number of luxurious features, such as leather seats, wood trim, and air conditioning.

Despite its luxury focus, the XJS was also a capable performance car, with notable wins in the European Touring Car Championship and the Australian Touring Car Championship. It also served as the basis for the Jaguar XJR-15, a limited-production supercar.

Today, the Jaguar XJS is a popular classic car, with enthusiasts drawn to its distinctive design and impressive performance. Its luxurious features and refined ride also make it a popular choice among collectors looking for a comfortable and stylish grand tourer.
