Eén van de meest kenmerkende en succesvolle ontwerpen uit de historie van de Italiaanse autoindustrie.De elegante en ook sportief zo succesvolle Fulvia is een prachtige en compacte rijdersauto die gebouwd werd in een tijd dat Lancia 'de BMW van Italië' was. De gepatenteerde V4 motor met een blokhoek van slechts 13 graden ( gemonteerd onder een hoek van 45 graden) , dubbele nokkenassen, voorwielaandrijving, een versnellingsbak met vijf verzetten, dik en aanzienlijk minder snel roestend plaatwerk dan menig Duitse collega kon bieden en rijeigenschappen waar de auto zelfs wereldkampioen rallyerijden mee werd in 1972. Kortom een icoon. Die wetenschap en de unieke conditie waarin ik deze auto trof deed mij besluiten ze aan te kopen. Niet om er de boekhouder gelukkig mee te maken, nee vanwege onomkeerbare autoliefde. Zo mooi als deze Fulvia tref ik ze zelden. Het plaatwerk is om van te smullen, perfecte passingen, zuivere flensrandjes, keihard van boven en van onderen én strak. Echt een Fulvia Speciale! En dan is de kleurstelling ook nog zeer smaakvol, Rosso York met een creme interieur. De Fulvia is nu nog 'betaalbaar'. Feitelijk te goedkoop voor wat de auto te bieden heeft. Logisch gevolg; een auto die zich blijft doorontwikkelen in waarde de komende jaren. Niet het belangrijkste voor u en mij, wel leuk toch?
Uitrusting:
In die tijd werd de winst nog niet echt behaald met het verkopen van opties. De fraaie stoelen met hoofd-steunen en het dashboard met hout bijvoorbeeld waren gewoon standaard.
Exterieur:
Prachtige carrosserie. Roestvrij. Perfecte passingen, de deuren sluiten als de spreekwoordelijke kluis. Strak plaatwerk. Bijzonder mooie kleur die luistert naar de naam Rosso York, diep donkerrood. Op de foto's minder mooi dan in werkelijkheid. Geen gebruikssporen, geen deukjes en geen krasjes. Nieuw gespoten door iemand die echt gemotiveerd was om er een topklus van te maken. Het chroom en de rvs bumpers met zeer mooie glans.
Interieur:
Volledig origineel en onbeschadigd interieur. Stijlvol licht beige skai op de stoelen. Bekleding niet vervangen, de auto is zichtbaar weinig gebruikt. Fraai gelakt hout op het dashboard. Origineel Lancia stuur. Dashboard zonder beschadigingen. Originele vloerbekleding zonder gebruikssporen.
Motorruimte, kofferruimte, velgen & banden:
Ook de kofferbak is fris, schoon en roestvrij. Origineel reservewiel en boordgereedschap hier aanwezig.De motorruimte is volledig origineel en onaangeraakt. Matching motor met Solex carburateurs. Zeer mooi lopende motor. Alle plaatjes origineel aanwezig.
Service geschiedenis:
Nieuw verkocht in 1974 door een Italiaanse Lancia dealer. In 1996 kwam deze Fulvia naar Nederland. De auto kende in Nederland slechts twee eigenaren. De eerste, een enthousiast lid van de Lancia club, liet de auto nieuw spuiten op basis van een harde en roestvrije carrosserie die alleen gebruikssporen had. In 2007 werd de motor gereviseerd, factuur voorhanden. Deze Fulvia is in een bovengemiddeld fraaie en gezonde conditie. Direct rijklaar. Er is een mooi dossier bij de auto aanwezig. Wordt afgeleverd inclusief nieuwe APK en onderhoudsbeurt.
