MG MGA Stunning restored condition 1959

Allmän beskrivning : The MGA remains a lovely classic British favourite. A lovely design, good chassis, great little 1.5 4-cylinder engine. The MGA has all the ingredients to create a very fine sports car. Even though production ceased a long time ago, this 1959 one has it in heaps. When a car is this old, condition is far more important compared to a modern car. We think you would be hard pressed to find a better MGA on the market. There is really is nothing to complain about this MGA. It has been fully “Nut&Bolt” restored. Even the chassis was taken back to bare metal. Such thoroughness is seldom the case with MGA restorations. Not convinced? The story gets better still! The complete restoration and subsequent maintenance have been kept up to date since 1990. Let us start at the beginning. The rock solid chassis is rust-free. The panelwork is perfect, unblemished and correctly aligned. The lovely navy blue finish is perfect. The completely re-upholstered interior trim now has lovely black leather seats and carpets and is in pristine condition. The dashboard too is in a perfect state with fully revised counters and switches and to top it all, a new steering wheel was fitted. The hood including the side windows are as good as new. The accompanying photographic rapport illustrates that cost nor effort were spared during the restoration. One thing stands out clearly; This was meant to be a car for effortless enjoyment. Mechanically the engine and other moving parts were fully rebuilt and an oil cooler was added. This is typically a car that invites you to step in and drive away in.
