MG MGA 1500 CC Dual Carb 1959

General description : Gateway Classic Cars of Detroit is proud to offer you this sleek, 1959 MG MGA! The MGA is a sports car that was produced by MG from 1955 to 1962. The MGA replaced the MG TF 1500 Midget and represented a complete styling break from MG's earlier sports cars. Announced on September 26th, 1955 the car was officially launched at the Frankfurt Motor Show. This MGA has just recently been completely restored. Powering this little go-kart of a car, is a 1500cc Dual Carb motor. Backing that powerplant is a tight 4-speed manual transmission. With the car just being recently repainted, the black paint shows excellent, and really has a nice mirror look in the sun. The tan color interior has just been recently reupholstered and shows excellent as well. If you're looking for a car with classy styling, but would still be fun to whip around in a road course, this would be the perfect candidate for you! Other options on this MGA include convertible top, spare tire, original jack, wire wheels, and more! This 1959 MG MGA can be seen in our Detroit Showroom, or for more detailed information including over 100 HD photos and an HD video at http://www.gatewayclassiccars.com or call to speak with one of our friendly and knowledgeable sales staff @ 313-982-3100.
