Covering the engine compartment is a steel 3 piece hood featuring side panel louvers and sliding hood caddy. This 32 Vicky has chrome front and rear spreader bars with integral park, turn and running lights, Billet Specialties lighted rear license plate frame and mounting brackets. Accenting the front fascia is a large chrome Ford commercial headlight assembly. Powering this blue beaut is a GM ZZ4 350 crate motor featuring aluminum heads, Edelbrock polished intake and carb, Billet Specialties chrome accessory brackets, and a K&N polished Billet aluminum air filter assembly. Keeping this beast of a motor cool is a Walker radiator with thermostatically controlled electric fan. This engine bay is a sight for sore eyes with a chrome Powermaster alternator and Sanden compressor. Singing the sonorous songs of the engine is a beautiful custom handmade stainless steel system being fed from Sanderson headers.. Handling the power from the motor is a 700R4 crate transmission with a shift kit, Dakota Digital shift indicator and polished aluminum pan. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Ford und Lola erstellt den mächtigen Ford GT40, die absolut zu schlagen Ferrari in Le Mans 24 mehrfach.
In Europa führte Ford einige der epischen Rennen und Rallye-Autos der 60er Jahre auf der Grundlage bescheidenen Familie Limousinen; Cortina GT, Lotus Cortina, Escort Twin Cam und Escort 1600RS mit den ikonischen Cosworth BDA Motoren.
