Dieser BMW 327328 wurde bei den Bayerischen Motoren Werken AG in der Zweigniederlassung Eisenach im Jahre 1939 gebaut und mit 80 PS ausgeliefert. Der Fachmann erkennt es sofort an den Zentralverschlussfelgen, dem Pilztacho bis 160 kmh, den Entlüftungsschlitzen der Motorhaube und diverser anderer Details. Dies ist auf dem originalen Typenschild auch genau so vermerkt. Bereits im Jahre 1955 als er nach Österreich verkauft wurde hatte er den Motor aus dem normalen BMW 327 mit 55 PS montiert. Ab hier ist dann die Geschichte recht einfach erzählt, da die 4 österreichischen Besitzer namentlich in der Einzelgenehmigung aufgeführt sind. Anfang der 70er Jahre kaufte der jetzt leider verstorbene letzte Besitzer den Wagen in Österreich und restaurierte ihn behutsam aber mit Sachverstand, schließlich war er vom Fach und der Wagen der Highlight seiner kleinen privaten Sammlung. Es sind die vielen Kleinigkeiten die dem Fachmann sofort auffallen und dies ist kein "Garagensteher", dies ist ein Oldtimer, der raus will und mit dem ich auch ohne Sorge in Urlaub fahren würde. Da ist alles top in Schuss und der Motor ist eine Ausnahmeerscheinung, der Klang, der Rundlauf und die Leistung - da muss man schon viel und gut machen um das zu erreichen und ich denke, dass ein 328 Motor nicht wirklich besser geht und schon gar nicht so sportlich klingt. Die letzten Arbeiten waren wohl die Überholung der kompletten Bremsanlage mit belüfteten Bremstrommeln vorne, neuem Hauptbremszylinder, Radbremszylindern, neuen Bremsschläuchen usw. Auch die Felgen und Naben sowie die Reifen sind nagelneu. Der Wagen hat eine authentische Ausstrahlung und fährt sich absolut leichtgängig, so wie man das in dem Baujahr überhaupt nicht erwarten würde. Dies ist sicherlich ein sehr gerne gesehener Teilnehmer bei jedem Event und genau so gut ein treuer Begleiter bei der Sonntagstour. Dies war für den Vorbesitzer nicht nur ein schönes Auto, dies war ein Familienmitglied und genau die Liebe spürt man ihm heute noch an. Im Kundenauftrag
